The second step of sliced two handed backhand is to take all the way back. Now using your arms as well as continued shoulder turn.
So having pivot it and turn my shoulders, now I continuing to turn my shoulders and I use my arm to get my rocket all the way back.
what you will see here is that getting your rocket back for sliced backhand is a little bit different then getting it back for either topspin backhand or forehand.
What you wanna do is get the rocket over your back shoulder and behind your head.
and you want the rocket and your forearm to form an L shape and you can see thats what I have done here.
So if we take a look from different perspective, this is from the front.
Once I pivot it and turned, I continue to turn, rocket comes back over my back shoulder behind my head and again the rocket and my forearm form an L shape.
Having pivot it and turn his shoulders, now Arvor is gonna use his arms as well as his shoulder turn to get that rocket all the way back.
So he continues to turn, the rocket comes back and he is bringing it over his back shoulder and behind his head and he also got that L shape between the rocket and his forearm.
We move to the front view and see what it looks like from this angle.
Again he completed his pivot and his shoulder turn, now the shoulders continue the turn, uses his arm to get the rocket back, and its behind his head and above his shoulder.
