The second step of twohanded backhand is to get your tennis rocket all the way back.
And you started your take back with the pivot and the shoulder turn.
but now you can use your arms as well as continuing shoulder turn to get the rocket all the way back.
This is me at the completion of my pivot and my shoulder turn and now I use my arms as well as my shoulders to get the tennis rocket all the way back into this position here.
From the front view where you all see when I pivot and turn my shoulders, now the rocket is back and I am looking over my shoulder at the on coming tennis ball.
and you also wanna make sure that you get yourself at least side way to the neck. You can get a little bit more turn if you need to be, but you just wanna make sure that you at least sideways when you complete the step here.
Having completed his pivot and shoulder turn and again the shoulder turn started the rocket take back.
Now Frank uses his arms as well as his shoulders to get the rocket all the way back and once he get his rocket back in this position here.
He is looking over his front shoulder down to his tennis ball and he got his body sideways.

and you can see the rocket it started to come back, it’s about parallel with the base line, but in this next shot here, she has completed her rocket take back by continuing to turn her shoulders and using her arms to get her rocket all the way back and you can see that her upper body is now sideways and also she is looking over her shoulder at the on coming tennis ball.
