Having hit his split step, Frank starts his two handed backhand motion by pivoting with his outside foot and turning his shoulders sideways and the rocket its starting to come back, because the shoulders are turning sideways and not because he is using his arms.
Once he hits his pivot and shoulders turn, now he will use his arms as well as his continued shoulder turn to get the rocket all the way back and his shoulders all the way sideways. Once he does that he is gonna step forward into the court with his inside foot and once he steps forward, the rocket drops down, he transferees his weight forward on to his front foot as he swings forward and he rotate his upper body back towards the net So he is gonna make contact a little bit out affront of his body and the rocket will be about waist high.
Once he makes contact, he extends out in the direction that he is hitting. he continues to rotate his upper body and he bring the rocket up around his shoulder and his but cup will be facing more or less to the other end of the court and once he get his rocket around his shoulder, that’s the end of his backhand motion.
