Titulek 1 Foorwork is argueable the most important part of tennis.
You can have the prettiest strokes on the planet but it doesn't really matter if you can't move out to the tennis ball set up and then use those pretty strokes.
If you can't move you'll be too close to the ball sometimes too far away, maybe the ball will be too low, too high you won't be set up effectively to have the correct mechanics when you hit.
Now, when you play tennis there is a specific way you move for pretty much every single situation.
If you're moving out to hit a tennis ball you're gonna move in a specific way.
And if you're recovering back to the middle of the court you're also gonna move in a specific yet different way.
There is defined footwork for each scenario and you're gonna rotate depending on what you're trying to do.
You're gonna rotate between how you move In this section, we've focused on those particulars of the footwork.
The way we've designed the section, we're gonna start with moving out to the tennis ball getting set up, and then finally recovering back to the middle so that you can repeat the process.
