Welcome to the two handed backhand progression section in this website.
In this section we gonna assume that you never picked up a tennis rocket before.
You have never played, but you wanna learn how to hit two handed backhand.
So we gonna go from nothing, we gonna build you up step by step through series of progressions to a fundamentally sound two handed backhand.
Now the way we have aproach the two handed backhand in this section is a little bit different from how we tought two hander in fundamental section of the website.
If you watch the videos in that section, and hopefully you have, We went chronologically through the two hander in that section.
we have started with the pivot it and the shoulder turn and move through the shot.
and we have showed you what every single good player does when they hit two hander.
But just knowing what every good player does, when they hit a two hander, doesn’t necessarily teach you how to hit the shot.
So in this section we will approach things a little bit differently and created a serious of steps, serious of progressions that will build you up to a fundamentally sound two hander.
And for example we started with contact and the follow through because understanding what contact feels like is really important to learning how to hit a fundamentally sound two hander.
Now if you can master the progressions that we laid out in this section You gonna end up with a foundementally sound two handed backhand and the backhand that you can start making more dynamic and really turn in to an effective and dangerous weapon.
