The third step of sliced backhand is step forward in to the court.
Having got my rocket all the way back, again over my back shoulder and behind my head, I step forward in to the court with my inside foot and I transfer my weight to that foot.
Thats the only thing that goes on during this step.
From the front what you will notice when I step forward, is that I am angling my front foot in to the court and that would get your weight moving in the right direction.
Having got his rocket all the way back, now Oliver is gonna step in to the court with his inside foot and transfer his weight to that foot and you can see that when he steps forward, he still has that rocket back.
He is about to start swinging, but he transfers his weight forward on to his front foot before he starts to swing.
Lets switch to the front view and take a look from this angle.
And again the rocket is all the way back, over that back shoulder and behind his head, he steps in to the court, the front foot is angled in to the court and he transfers his weight to that foot.
