Tennis Forehand Progressions Step 3 Pivot Tur

Třetí krok v nácviku forehandu je stínovat celý pohyb z výchozího postavení, a následně z výchozího postavní nacvičovat včetně úderu míče.
Z výchozího postavení stínuji celý pohyb.
Provádím vykročení do strany vnější nohou, otočím ramena, čímž zahájím nápřah rakety dozadu poté provedu maximální nápřah, čímž se dostanu do pozice, ve které jsme začínali v předchozím videu.
Zatím úmyslně neprovádím smyčku, pouze raketu rovně napřáhnu za sebe, do pozice, ve které se nacházím nyní, s tělem stočeným stranou.
Pokud se podíváme ještě jednou, vykročení a rotace ramen zahájí rotaci těla, a poté se co nejrychleji dostanu do pozice stranou k síti.
Tato pozice, ve které se nyní nacházím, je přesně stejná, jako výchozí pozice v minulém videu.
Dále je mechanika pohybu stejná, jako jsme probírali dříve: provedu rotaci dopředu čelem k síti, pata zadní nohy se zvedne, a následně protáhnu úder a chytím raketu druhou rukou na konci protažení.
Poté co zvládnete stínování pohybu, můžete celý pohyb zkusit včetně úderu míče.
Z výchozí pozice, stejně jako když jsem pohyb stínoval, vykročení a stočení ramen zahájí pohyb, raketu napřáhnu rovně za sebe (bez smyčky!), a k udeření míče se otočím zpět čelem k síti pata zadní nohy se zvedne, udeřím míček, protáhnu úder a chytím raketu druhou rukou.
Je to opravdu jednoduchý pohyb, podívejme se ještě jednou - Vykročení vnější nohy do strany, otočení ramen raketu napřáhnu rovně za sebe a poté švihnu a protáhnu úder, a celou dobu vzájemná pozice rakety a paže zůstává přibližně stejná.
Podívejme se na pohyb ze zadní perspektivy jak to vypadá z tohoto úhlu pohledu: vykročení vnější nohou, stočení ramen stranou, nápřah rakety rovně za sebe ke kameře připomínám - zatím bez smyčky, poté rotace zpět směrem k síti, pata zadní nohy se zvedá a protahuji úder do pozice, kde chytám raketu druhou rukou.
nesnažím se míč udeřit příliš silně soustředím se na techniku úderu, vše provádím pomalu a technicky správně.
Titulek 1 The third step in the forehand progressions is to shadow the motions from the ready position and then acutally try and hit the tennis ball from the ready position.
So, starting in the ready position, I'm shadowing right now what I'm gonna do is pivot with my outside foot turn my shoulders that's how the tennis racket starts to come back and when I take the tennis racket back it goes straight back to the racket-back position we've talked about in the previous video.
I've got virtually no loop right now and that's what you want.
You don't want the loop, just racket comes straight back into this body position I'm in right now, my body is entirely sideways. If we watch it from the ready position again the pivot and the shoulder turn initiate the body turn and then, I just get myself sideways as fast as possible.
Now, this body position I'm in now, is the exact same body position I was in the previous video.
From here, the mechanics of the swing are the same we've already talked about them, I rotate forward rotate towards the net, back heel comes up and then, I extend out and catch the tennis racket with my other hand when I follow through. When you've mastered the shadowing then you can try and hit the tennis ball. Starting in the ready position, just like when I was shadowing the pivot and the shoulder turn initiate the motion I take the tennis racket straight back no loop, and to hit the tennis ball I'm just gonna rotate back towards the net my back heel comes up, I hit the ball and I follow throught and catch the tennis racket with my other hand.
It's a really really simple motion, let's watch it again Pivot with the outside foot, turn the shoulders racket straight back, and then I swing forward and follow through and this entire time the relationship between my tennis racket and my hitting arm remains vitrually the same.
Let's watch the motion from the back perspective and see what it looks like from this angle pivot with the outside foot, turn the shoulders, racket pointed straight back at the camera for the most part again, there is no loop and then I rotate towards the net back heel comes up and I follow through and catch the tennis racket with my other hand again, I'm not trying to hit the ball too hard I'm just trying to work the technique, do everything slowly and make sure I get all the fundamentals down.
